How to place an order?

Shopping on Strong And Savage is easy! Once you’ve found the items you want to purchase, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on ‘Add to cart,
  • Click on ‘Cart ‘in the upper right corner,
  • Register / Log into your account by entering your email and password,
  • Enter your shipping information,
  • Choose your preferred payment option,
  • Click on “confirm order”.

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email, or contact you for confirmation in case we need more details.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your order is being delivered”. If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry! Your order will generally take approximately 24-48 hours to ship.

Do I need an account to buy from Strong And Savage?

No, you don’t need to have an account for that.

How to pay on Strong And Savage?

You can choose from the different payment methods available at Strong And Savage. You will find below the list of available payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Payment by credit card. Pay securely with your Mastercard, Visa, and CMI cards

How to use a coupon code?

You can use a promo code on any items on the site that are not on sale.

Once on the Checkout page, you will find a box at the top left “ Click here to enter your code “

You can only use one promo code per order.

Can I modify my order?

We are unable to make changes to your order if you have already received the “Your order has been shipped” email, usually within 24 hours of placing your order, this includes the following:

  • Change article or size
  • Add items to your order
  • Method of delivery

I received the wrong item!

In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can resolve this issue quickly and efficiently:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the article you did not receive
  • The name of the article you received in its place
  • A clear photo of the item you received, including the logo

Once we receive the above information, our customer support team will sort it out for you ASAP!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as soon as it is verified by us. You will be able to cancel it until your package has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel a shipped order, you have the option of rejecting it at the time of delivery.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Delivery time frame to Morocco:

  • Casablanca: 24 -48h
  • Big cities: 2 – 3 working days
  • Small towns: 2 – 5 working days

Delivery time outside Morocco:

  • 2 to 5 working days depending on the country. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code for your package.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Order Shipped: You can request that your order be delivered to a different address in the same city once you receive a call from the delivery man.

Unshipped order: You can contact our customer service to change the address before your order will be shipped (within 12 hours after confirming your order).

I missed my delivery. What happens now?

You can call the delivery person back to deliver the same day or the next day.

Otherwise, we will attempt to re-deliver your order the next business day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before canceling your order

Will someone contact me before delivering the package to my location?

Yes, our delivery manager will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location.

Can my package be delivered to an office address?

Yes! Your package can be delivered to any address convenient for you. Simply enter your preferred address as the delivery address when ordering.

What are the conditions for returning / exchanging a product?

  • Any product sold can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we no longer accept returns/exchanges.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed and have all original tags attached.
  • Items with a strong odor or odor of smoke, cologne, detergent, or deodorant marks, or other stains will not be accepted.
  • Items with excessive folds are subject to refusal.

How long will my return / exchange take to be processed?

After making the return/exchange request here , please allow our team 2 to 4 working days for your request is processed.

When will I receive my refund / exchange?

If your request has been accepted:

  • Returns:
    • Any cost of returned items will automatically be added to your Strong And Savage Wallet.
    • The delivery man will collect the package within 5 days of verification.
  • Exchanges:
    • If stock is available in your requested items, you will receive a confirmation email for the new exchange order. Then the delivery man will deliver to you and pick up the old order.
    • If stock is not available for your exchange request, you can return the order.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs to make an exchange?

To receive your exchange, the standard delivery costs will be applied: 28 MAD

Can sale items be returned/exchanged?

You have a period of 7 days, from the date your package is delivered, for you to return/exchange the promotional items.

Items with more than 30% off are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Can I return my item after 7 days?

You cannot return your item after 7 days of delivery.
